Privacy Policy
Fencing Fantasy, LLC (“Fencing Fantasy” or “FF”).
Version 1.0 — effective April 21, 2026.
What we collect. FF collects the information needed to create your account, process your order, and communicate with you — typically your name, shipping and billing address, phone number, email, and payment details. We also collect standard web-traffic information (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) on an aggregated, non-identifying basis.
How we use it. FF uses your information to fulfill your orders, communicate with you about those orders, maintain your account, and send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping notices, account notices).
Third parties. FF does not sell your personal information. FF does not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order — for example, with our shipping carriers and payment processor — or as required to comply with applicable law or valid legal process.
Payment security. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor. FF does not store full payment card numbers on its servers. Sensitive information is transmitted over encrypted connections.
Cookies. FF uses cookies to keep you logged in, maintain your cart, and measure site traffic in aggregate. Cookies do not read data off your hard drive or access cookies set by other sites. You can refuse cookies through your browser settings, but some parts of the site (account, checkout) require cookies to function.
Analytics. FF uses two complementary tools to understand how visitors interact with our website. Neither is used for advertising or third-party data sharing. Umami is a self-hosted analytics service running on our own servers — it records aggregated, anonymized information about page visits and actions taken on the site, does not set cookies, does not collect personal information, and your data never leaves our infrastructure. Microsoft Clarityis a privacy-friendly session analytics service that records anonymized session behavior, generates heatmaps, and identifies usability issues. Clarity automatically masks personally identifiable information including form-field contents and anonymizes IP addresses. Microsoft’s privacy notice for Clarity is available at privacy.microsoft.com.
Children. Consistent with the federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), FF does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
Changes. FF may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
