Orders & shipping
Approved accounts receive order confirmations by email. Shipping is quoted on each order; turnaround and carrier are listed on the confirmation.
Returns & exchanges
Returns are accepted within the window stated on your order confirmation, subject to item condition. Manufacturing defects are handled separately.
Sizing & fit
Sizing is published for jackets, breeches, masks, gloves, lamés, shoes, and apparel. If you're ordering for a club or an unusual fit, send measurements through the form above and we'll confirm before shipping.
Account access
Pricing and ordering are available to approved accounts. Applications are reviewed and we follow up by email.
